Grow Up Series
Learn the skills of emotional maturity.
Growth doesn’t come from insight alone.
It takes practice, discomfort, and a willingness to do things differently.
The Grow Up Series is a structured path designed to help you build emotional maturity step by step — learning to recognize what’s happening inside you, connect with others honestly, and live what you’ve learned in real life.
The series includes three 10-week groups, each designed as a progression of skills — from awareness, to connection, to integration.
Group 1- Develop
See It. Own it. Change It.
This is where the work starts.
Develop focuses on the first two stages of emotional maturity- awareness and regulation. Utilizing CBT and DBT best practices, along with our own unique process, this group helps you understand and recognize your problematic patterns, develop skills to identify and manage your emotions and thoughts. You’ll work on recognizing patterns, naming what’s underneath, and interrupting reactions before they cause harm.

Group 2 - Engage
Listen. Be Curious. Stay Open
Engage builds on the awareness developed in Group 1, bringing it into real interactions — where your patterns show up in relationship.
This group focuses on willingness: choosing to move toward connection even when it’s uncomfortable.
You’ll practice listening, asking questions, expressing emotion, and staying present — while noticing what gets in the way: defensiveness, withdrawal, and the urge to check out.
The goal is simple: begin to engage instead of avoid.
Group 3- Stretch
Dig In. Follow Through.
Stretch is where emotional maturity moves from awareness into action — staying present and consistent, even when it’s uncomfortable.
You’ve developed internal awareness. You’ve begun to engage. Here, the focus shifts to staying curious under pressure, re-engaging after conflict, and choosing presence over withdrawal.
You’ll practice follow-through in real relationships: speaking directly, staying in discomfort, and showing up consistently.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s building patterns that hold when the urge to bail shows up.
